A highly accomplished and esteemed leader in the ecommerce, retail, fashion and communications industries, Michelle brought her multi-faceted range of skills to executive roles at Diane von Furstenberg, Thomson Reuters and PR Newswire. She was most recently Senior Vice President of Marketing for Ann Inc. brands LOFT, LOFT Outlet and Lou & Grey, where she brought the art of digital and brand marketing together with the science of technology and consumer-driven data.
Michelle earned a B.A. from McGill University and an MBA from Rotman School of Management and École Normale Supérieure de Paris. She was named one of Brand Innovators’ Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing in 2013.
KENDALL JANE MEADE

Kendall is an editorial, marketing and creative strategist with an unconventional flair for storytelling. Her fresh ideas have brought soul and unique positioning to brands like Madewell, Lou & Grey and LOFT, among many others.
She graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a passion for playing guitar and writing songs. She has released four albums with her band Mascott, and has written and performed songs that were featured on Grey’s Anatomy, Chuck and The O.C. Her content site, #onfleece, focuses on cool women doing cool things in the Pacific Northwest region, where she currently resides after 15 years in NYC.

A television, radio and podcast producer, Dana spent over a decade chasing stories globally as a producer for ABC News, Nightline with Ted Koppel. Most recently she was the executive producer of the Intelligence Squared U.S. (IQ2US) debate series and also served as executive director of The Rosenkranz Foundation. Dana works as an independent media consultant for numerous media entities and news divisions where she leverages her production know-how and vast contacts to produce live events with a clear grasp of the ever-changing digital landscape. Her work has been recognized with five Emmys, a duPont-Columbia Award, and, most recently, six consecutive radio awards.
Natalie is an illustrator, designer, and entrepreneur. After graduating from Samford University, she moved to Brisbane, Australia, where she dove head-first into her illustrations and started Happy Bear Designs.
